Horrible

Like others have said before, the gun upgrades make it worse! Taking away the charge to upgrade to something you didn't even know was going to happen is stupid. The accuracy of the burst is horrible even with full accuracy on, does he suffer from some kind of illness where his hands shake violently?

Dying once and bam, it's over... Could at least give the option to continue from the last point...

Too frustrating for it's own good.

ANOTHER Geometry Wars Clone

Everything about it screams unoriginality, and like Cosmic Bard said, that song (although awesome) is overused.

The whole playing field is ripped from Geometry Wars, the whole game idea is ripped from geometry wars. "Perks", you've got to be kidding me...

OK I'll try and be fair here and ignore the fact it's completely ripped and I could find at least 5 or more games exactly like it on newgrounds alone.

The graphics are bland and average, the neon enemies and player is nice but besides that everything's quite boring. The same song over and over? Bleh.

People do yourself a favour and play the original.

Well, in my defense I'd say it isn't a Geometry Wars clone as such, it's just a vector swarm shooter. It doesn't directly copy any of the details of Geometry Wars, I'd say the word "clone" applies more to games like Vector Effect, and even those direct clones are still valid games given that Geometry Wars is a desktop/xbla game and these are flash games.

As for the background, I don't really see how it's ripped from Geometry Wars? GW used an array of lines which move in such a way that give a feeling of 3D, the background in Neuron does not.

CONGRADULATIONS

Is what I was told after winning "Possible plane"... The fish game YOU CAN'T LOSE SERIOUSLY, the loading bar's messed up and most of the game's are terrible, the pee one was funny until i realised it sometimes sent a shock down all three making it impossible. For the guitar hero-ish game, it lagged causing it to get off sync leaving me playing the last 15 seconds without music. Also one of the most annoying things, after losing a game (for some not all) it DOESN'T HAVE A REPLAY BUTTON! Making you go back to the menu and then finding the game and then selecting it again. It needs to be polished.

some replay buttons where removed due to time restraints, sorry about the pee game its not my fault that it got messed up!
The guitar game was not my fault its your computer it works fine for me.
ill fix the spelling mistake when i do my next update on the game.
the errors are fixed now cause there was a faulty piece of code

BRILLIANT

I love the combat system, the physics and the artwork though simple is awesome. The gameplay was smooth and gotta love the squishy sound FX :P

Short yes, but very nice world to see, I would love to see a larger version of this but as it is already lagging i doubt that will ever happen.

Sadly though I have, many many many, and it always starts off the same and starts getting a little mixed up in the middle. 3 for learning how to use buttons, expand on it using better animations, harder challenges and multiple endings, also sounds would be good.

So you got a pic of a zelda map, slapped in 2 items, an enemy and made the camera follow you....

And let me get this straight... This is a preview of a beta engine? That's just sad, what's even sadder is this passed. So go work on it MUCH more like make it so you can actually pick up rupees, do more enemies, make house accesible and make him able to swim, make a shop and just polish everything overall, THEN and only then can this even be considered an engine,.

You CAN pick up rupees, but not the one in the middle of some reason. Swim - he can.

and that's about it, sorry but this is just a dress up game, even the greatest ones are limited, but keep trying and mucking around with flash and you'll create something cool.

The graphics overall are too plain, you can still cheat (ctrl button) and if you're desperate the scroll. Don't resubmit again until you greatly inmprove.

New graphics, level themes, creative levels and no cheating.

It's just a drag and drop game, but it's a very good one, the ability to rotate parts makes things interesting, although the parts are still limited.

And to Girthyness, it's called volume control, or how about turning your speakers off?
