[KH: My Sanctuary]

It was ok

Just a sprite movie, but the drawn parts were really well done, I hope you follow through on your comment about making fully drawn movies, cos that would be awesome :P

Awesome

First off, to the guy below me, no, he is not trying to be all deep and meaningful like David Firth. The styles are completely different, this guy has the talent to get across a story without using sick and messed up animation and story.

Now to the review, brilliant. The music was fitting and creative and although the story may not have been entirely original, you still did it in your own way, excellently done.

Also, don't listen to the guy underneath me, continue to put pictures of your planning and work area as it gives us all an insight into how something wonderful like this is made.

These always make me laugh

The little examples of the puzzles while he's threatening to beat the crap out of him are brilliant. xD

Although if you make a part 4 you might have to expand on it some more, either that or it'll still be friggin hilarious.

That was really crud, it was like i was watching a slideshow instead of an animation, now i'm not voting it down because i didn't like the song but really, the song sucked so much.

I'll admit you did seem to put alot of effort in though and your drawing isn't bad but the stupid band bits and the whole theme just ugh.

I don't know what you were attempting to achieve but this bored me, and i'm usually all for the meanigful stuff, even more so than the action packed stuff. Plain and boring.

ehhh

When you try to shoot for too epic, it'll come back and bite you, in this case it did and it also ate your leg and kicked you in the balls while at it. Seriously though, the storyline was shoddily executed (I can't say that the actual storyline was shoddy due to the fact i didn't understand it due to the shoddy execution :D) and there were way too many slow pans still shots.

Onto the stuff that was good, animation was damn awesome and you can tell alot of effort was put into this, so kudos on that. I agree this is one of the best Madness Day 2008 entries and you may indeed take a place. So I wish you luck, (although you wont need it with the unlimited supply of skill you have :P, well except for explaining story...)

Haha, yeah... there really isn't that much of a story there I think how it was executed though there might be more of a story than there actually is.

Don't look too into it though, ill bring the next one with a totally new look to it.

Voice acting needs work

Seriously it does, if you're gonna try and do something with a serious aura, get a good voice for it and make sure it isn't brought down by a lame voice that kills the feel.

Bloody Amazing

I think the way you utilise the stick figures is so excellent, if they were anything more complex it would just get in the way of paying attention to the excellent fight scenes and VERY clean animation. GREAT JOB, I can't think of anything to tell you to improve on!
